Mason with his winning catch of quality silvers 20lb 4oz
The second Juniors match was held on Saturday in warm overcast conditions, there were 3 entrants this time with Jacob Woolston joining our previous 2 competitors, but it was Mason Cutting who ran away with the match this week catching over 20lb of skimmers roach and rudd on maggots fished shallow (Dad got the bait sorted this match!!)
Mason’s weight was enough to overtake Matthew’s 10lb lead from the first round and make him overall winner in the 2 match series, winning the Juniors Cup, Wensum Valley Angling voucher, Free Day ticket for Toad Hall Fishery, plus various assorted tackle prizes.
