Wednesday 18th June 2025 – Match 3
Week 3 of the summer evening series and 2 things have remained constant: No rain! and we have kept the entry numbers up, with 12 members turning up again this week.
Mr Seaman drew peg 31 and was always going to be hard to beat from there, and so it proved with a mixture of skimmers and carp, Mark put 53lb 13oz on the scales for 1st place this week.
Chris Tims was on peg 29 and was rueing the loss of a large carp at 8.45pm weighing in 39lb 2oz for 2nd place and last weeks winner Lewis Dicken took 3rd spot with 31lb 10oz off peg 1
Sections went to Martin Miles, Wayne Stadden & Chumba (equal weight) and Andrew Beales
I am on hols next week so Lewis & Chumba are organising the match, so all play nicely please and don’t let Lewis & Mark get too far ahead……….see you on the 2nd of July….
