Waggler Only Match
The Waggler only match had it’s customary discussion of what is and isn’t allowed and the rules changed again this year with basically a fish anywhere ruling while using an overhead cast.
Chris Tims drew peg 12 and ignoring the margins fished out in front all match catching skimmers and roach with 2 carp for 51lb 13oz and 1st Place
Ian Jones up on peg 24 ended up with a mainly carp weight of 44lb 15oz for 2nd and, next door to the winner, on peg 14, Ivan Allen came in a very close 3rd with 44lb 9oz of skimmers and roach with no carp.
