The annual long day charity match was held this Sunday. Fished from 8am to 6pm with a break and weigh in at Lunch time the event produces some big weights and good donations for the chosen charity which I think is Nelson’s Journey this year.
Turnout was a bit low this year with only 7 members fishing
Chris Isbell came out in 1st place this year with 123lb 15oz from peg 24
Coilin Beales was on the next peg at peg 26 and had 111lb 3oz for 2nd place
Total raised for charity has not been supplied so far but it will be announced once it is calculated.
