Winter League Week 1
A decidedly damp start welcomed the 14 entrants to this weeks match and with the draw done umbrellas were raised all round the lake. Mark Seaman drew peg 15 this week (right next to where he was last week) and proceeded to catch steadily on pellet or maggot to come out the winner with 50lb 15oz. However he was pushed all the way by Simon Harrold on peg 12 who had 48lb 8oz for 2nd carching on maggot and meat, with Chumba coming in 3rd from peg 26 with 41lb 2oz. So an identical frame to last weeks match!

Looking forward to the next match on 16th November – have a feeling this will be one of my dropped matches in the Winter League!!!
