Summer Evening Series Match 3
12 members turned out for this evenings match and it was a bit slow going for most after a very hot day. Will Abbs claimed his second win of the series with 39lb 12oz from peg 26. He caught skimmers and roach topped up with 3 carp down the edge. Rob Wagner was on peg 7 for the 2nd week on the trot and had obviously learned from his previous visit, coming 2nd this week with 37lb 12oz. 3rd place this week goes to “Mr Consistent” Ian Jones with 29lb 12oz from peg 25. Pete Cranley and Martin Meek were section winners.
